COVID-19 Financial Relief Grant $250

Through a partnership with Craig H. Neilsen Foundation and The CIL in Berkeley to provide a $250 COVID-19 financial relief grant to 50 SCI survivors. Please apply now with limited grants available and a large need for financial relief within our network due to COVID-19. Grant recipients will receive a $250 VISA gift card, Venmo, or Paypal within 10 business days of submission. You may only apply for this specific grant one time per person.

Application Requirements:

Must have a Spinal Cord Injury.

Reside within Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, Sacramento, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano, Sonoma, and Yolo Counties.

At-Home Health & Fitness Starter Kit or Reimbursement $100

Through a partnership with Craig H. Neilsen Foundation we will provide a $100 At-Home Health & Fitness Starter Kit or Reimbursement to 25 Spinal Cord Injury survivors. Please apply now with limited grants available and a large need in our network to focus on our health and fitness with most gyms, therapies, and recreations closed. If you have purchased Health Goods and/or a piece of Fitness Equipment purchased after January 1, 2020 (Proof of Purchase may be necessary) you may apply for a Reimbursement up to $100 distributed via Gift Card, Venmo, or Paypal.
