Troy Plunkett

Troy Plunkett was born and raised in Vallejo, California. He graduated from Hogan High school just months after becoming a paraplegic in a motocross accident. As a spinal cord injury survivor, he’s attended college, worked full-time for Lucky Supermarkets and Farmers Insurance. He’s an adaptive athlete and in 2017 finished 4th in the nation with the championship division Sacramento Rollin’ Kings wheelchair basketball team.
Todd Tanner

Todd Tanner grew up on Long Island, New York where he received a Bachelor of Health Science and a Masters of Physical Therapy at Touro College in 1999. He came to California to study at Kaiser Foundation Rehabilitation Center in Vallejo in July of 2001. In 2002, he was hired as a staff PT on the spinal cord injury team. Since, he has become a Board Certified Specialist in Neurologic Physical Therapy and has received an Advanced PNF Instructor certification by the International PNF Association. He is married to a Physical Therapist and has three young children.
Mary Plunkett

Mary Plunkett was born in San Francisco, but is a lifelong Vallejo resident for 58 years including being a mother of 2. Has worked for Lucky Supermarkets for over 37 years with experience in customer service, shipping & receiving and retail management.
Dominic Prado
Board Chair/Marketing
Dominic Prado is a Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) survivor and role model for others who battle this disability. A Bay Area native, Dominic worked as a Marketing Manager for Connext (2016-2018), Silicon Valley’s Marketing and Communications Consultancy. He has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and a bachelors degree in marketing, both from San Jose State.
Patrick Naredo

Patrick Naredo is a spinal cord injury survivor, the Vice Chairman of Coyote Valley, sits on the Board of Directors of Coyote Valley Economic Development Corporation (CEDCO), Executive Vice-President for the Coyote Valley Entertainment Enterprises, Executive Vice-President on the Coyote Valley Hospitality Corporation (CVHC) and Vice-President for the Coyote Valley Retail Corporation(CVRE). Patrick has served as an Official for approximately 14 years and brings a heightened level of stability and institutional knowledge to the leadership team during Patrick’s 14 years serving the organization.
Dean Plunkett

Dean Plunkett is a lifelong Vallejo resident for 60 years and a father of 2. Retired in 2013 after 28 years for City of Vallejo Public Works. Very active and mechanical while enjoying retirement.
Willie Graham

Willie Graham grew up in Vacaville, California and has earned a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology -CSUS, Masters Degree Physical Therapy-SFSU, and Doctorate in Physical Therapy-UCSF. He currently is a Physical Therapist at Kaiser Foundation Rehabilitation Center Vallejo.
Philip Villa

Philip Villa grew up in the Bay Area, graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Integrative Biology and from Samuel Merritt University with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. He has worked at Kaiser Foundation Rehabilitation Center in Vallejo since 2012 on the spinal cord injury team. He recently took the exam for becoming a specialist in neurology in physical therapy. He is married to an occupation therapist and have two young children.
Mike Williams

Mike Williams was born and raised in Vallejo, California. After attending Hogan High School and after graduating, Michael joined the United States Army. Returning home from the military Michael got married and has 3 children. He currently works for Solano County building department as a building inspector.
Kyle Fisher

Kyle Fisher was born and raised in Vallejo, California. Graduated from UC Santa Cruz with a degree in Literature. He spent time exploring the legal field and curating communities at various co-working spaces before landing his current position helping lead the operations team at Fin.
